Gutter
It is the key element of the Hornval system. Our gutter is deep which makes it easy to drain water form the roof to a place indicated by you. The Hornval gutter is mounted on so called “click”.

Drain pipe
The second important element of the Hornval system. Downspout drains water out of the gutter. It connects with an outlet hopper or an elbow. Our pipes end with specially profiled constriction due to which they connect directly with each other without a necessity to use connecting pieces. This reduces cost of the system.

Running outlet 150/100/120
Effective water drainage from the gutter to the outlet pipe depends on the hopper. It is manufactured from one element due to which a stitch is behind the hopper and is invisible after assembling.

90° angle
Internal and external corner is used to connect gutters at house quoins. Similarly to the gutters, Hornval quoins are connected on so called “click”. In places where the quoin connects with the gutter we use gutter connection pieces with a seal.

60° elbow
Element which connects the hopper and downspout. The elbow also helps to adjust the Hornval system even with the most elaborated shape of the house.

60° Outlet elbow
This is the last link in the Hornval system. Connected with the downspout drains water beyond the building. Characteristic double embosses at the end of the elbow decrease the water outlet velocity.

Access-outlet pipe
Installed in the drain pipe, it is designed to direct rainwater, if the flap is open, to the tank.

60° branch
Enables joining two downspouts into one pipe.

Stopend
You have to put a universal gutter endcap at its end on the left or right.

Rafter bracket
Mounted to rafters or ridge beams if due to roof structure it is impossible to use gutter hanger fitted to a fascia board.

Circular clamp
Hornval system element responsible for holding the downspout. The Hornval clamp has special rivet nuts with limiter, enabling quick and easy assembling the dowel to a wall. Inside the clamp there is a rubber seal protecting the pipe against sliding and scratching. Clamp manufactured of a sheet with thickness of 1.5mm.

Clamp plate
The clamp plate is an essential element for attaching the drain pipe clamp to sandwich panels.

Gutter union
Joins two gutters or the gutter with the corner. The connection piece supports “click” system and due to use of the rubbery seal makes it a connection tight in 100%. Manufactured from a sheet with tightness of 0.7mm and 1.0mm.

Flange and dowel
Hornval system elements responsible for fixing the drain pipe clamp to the wall. The flange stabilizes the dowel in the insulation layer of the building.
